BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Clint Osorio is the City of Gardena’s City Manager and serves Chair of our organization. He has over 20 years of financial management experience. Clint received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles and his master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Stephany Santin is the City of Gardena’s Recreation and Human Services Director and serves as the organization’s treasurer. She was born and raised in the South Bay and is a University of California of Los Angeles graduate. Stephany has worked for the City of Gardena since 2010 and has been a resident of the City since 2015.
Brenda Jackson is a seasoned Territory Business Manager at Alkermes Pharmaceutical Co., bringing over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Known for her strategic insight, strong relationship-building skills, and passion for patient care, she has dedicated her career to advancing access to innovative treatments. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Brenda is deeply committed to her community—having served more than a decade as Chairman of the Planning Commission, as a board member for COP C.A.P.S., and as a dedicated volunteer with Parks and Recreation. Her career and service reflect a lifelong dedication to making a meaningful difference—both in healthcare and in the lives of those around her.
Stephen serves as our District 2 - (Crenshaw to Vermont & Rosecrans to Redondo Beach Blvd board member. He was born in Paris, France. He has been a dedicated Gardena resident for the last 20 years and is a graduate of Pepperdine University. Stephen currently works as a supply chain manager and is a parent representative of Chapman Elementary School Site Council. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, sports, and concerts.
Chris serves as our District 3 - (Crenshaw to Vermont & Redondo Beach to 182nd st) board member. He was born in the Bay area and has been a Gardena resident since 1971. Chris is currently a member of the Chief of Police Citizen Advisory Panel (COPCAP), a volunteer group, designed to facilitate communication between the Police Department and members of the Community. He has a fondness for all kinds of food, music, and photography.
